MOOT Court Cell
Transnational School of Law offers Moot Court training as a practical subject for the last year students of Integrated Semester. Moot Court training equips the law student with the necessary skills to cope with the rigors of practicing law in the courts. The training includes Research, Data Analysis, Framing of the Issues and Contentions, Examinations and Cross-Examinations and Presentation of Arguments. The training also teaches the science of Drafting of conveyances, pleadings and Memorials. In addition to providing this training, the college also has a Mooting Club where all interested students can join. The club is responsible for recognizing and motivating the talents of Advocates. At the start of each academic year, the college forms a team of Office Bearers to facilitate the smooth conduct of moot court activities.

• Organize Intra-college and Inter-college Moot Competitions
• Seamless selection and training of teams to represent college at various state, national and international level moot competitions
• Train students to create memorials for competition through extensive research
• Encourage teamwork and organizational leadership skills
• Encourage students to conduct collective research and material
Trial
The ever-changing legal profession requires a practical touch at all times. In order to put those procedures into effect, TSL provides practical experience with court proceedings. We provide practice sessions for trial court proceedings, including as hearings and witness cross-examination, to our pupils.
PLEADING AND DRAFTING
This module is made up of to write pleas in court for every Indian court. District judicial systems. the Indian Supreme Court and High Courts. In order to avoid complex legal language and to make it easier for people to file court pleadings, the art of drafting is described in a clear and concise manner. Swiftly bringing and pursuing legal actions FIRs for criminal complaints. Bail Applications, Criminal Complaints, Writs (to enforce constitutional rights), Public Interest Litigations. Cases of Recovery and Real Estate. Separation and further family law petitions. The heads of practice are Appeals and Review of Orders.
